The 80120 series kits also include a complete ESD kit, everything a field service technician needs to protect today's sensitive equipment from damaging static discharges. The ESD kit includes a static dissipative work mat, wrist strap, and ground cord that features a 1 Megohm resistor. In addition, we've included the dual purpose, Stat-Gard ESD Grounding Plug. This handy tool tests both the wall outlet for voltage and proper wiring, but also serves as a confirmed grounding point for your ESD mat.
