Terms for International Orders

This document applies to all our overseas international customers outside the US.


Q: How much will it cost?

A: We charge the same price for our products without regard to destination.

All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars.

The customer is solely responsible for any duties, taxes or any other charges imposed by customs or government.

Please note: Shipping internationally is very expensive and is not cost effective for inexpensive items and small orders.

For example: A five pound package with contents valued at $50 to Hamburg, Germany can cost $120 USD in shipping alone! It's more practical when shipping large expensive items, for example: A tool kit valued at $600 and weighing 35 pounds to Hamburg, Germany can cost $180 USD in shipping charges not including any tariffs, taxes , duties, or other possible charges.



Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: All international orders are on PRE-PAID basis. This includes all shipping charges.

We accept payment by way of electronic funds (wire) transfer, bank draft or cashiers check. We do not offer C.O.D. terms.



Q: How do we ship?

A: We will ship your order via UPS, FedEx, DHL or a carrier of your preference. We will also work with your U.S. freight forwarder.
